Big Beautiful World 34 – So Much Barn, Millheim PA

Here is today’s visual feast. Please enjoy the world responsibly.

Millheim is a small town about 20 minutes east of State College, PA. We often go there for dinner because the Elk Creek Cafe is fantastic (try the Hairy John IPA, if it’s on) and every time we do I think…I need to come here with a camera. When it’s daylight.

There’s a lot of visually interesting stuff in this rustic little town There’s a canal, there’s a bunch of old and groovy doorways, and I will get to them in good time. For now, I want to highlight the cluster of barns (or barn-like structures), decked out in a dazzling display of the many shades of barn-red.

Really. So. Much. Barn.

I wonder if this is a Guinness Book record for most barnage per square foot, or something?
